Burkhart Marketing Partners proudly welcomes a new member to the team – Areebah. She joins Team Burkhart as an Account Coordinator. Areebah recently raduated with a master’s degree from the University of Houston and values a self-motivated mindset for lifelong learning. Read below to learn about Areebah and her creative explorations.

If you didn’t have to sleep, what would you do with your extra time? 

I would love to read more books and pick up a hobby again from when I was younger.  

You’ve been added as a new addition to the crayon box. What color would you be and why? 

 Sky Blue – Blue has always been my favorite color since I was a kid.  

When you were young, what did you want to be when you grew up? 

An Archaeologist because in 4th grade, someone’s dad who was an archaeologist came in to talk about his job, and he said he would stay in places like Egypt for months to dig up cool things, but I didn’t think about all the creepy bugs that would also come out while digging. 

What drew you to/kept you in advertising? 

Realizing that all companies are unique, so brainstorming creative ideas to showcase their unique qualities is something I am very passionate about.  

Who would you switch places with for a day and why? 

 I would switch places with Jennifer Lawrence – I love her fun personality, and Hunger Games is my favorite series. 

Who or what inspires you? 

My parents inspire me – they taught me to work hard and find the positive in things.

What do you believe has best prepared you for life and for working at Burkhart? 

Working with all types of teams to fulfill different projects in my previous roles and my education best prepared me. 

What’s a professional goal that you hope to accomplish in the next five years? 

Obtain new skills and grow a professional network.
